Each bird sings with its own beak, as the old saying goes. I am a Copenhagen-based author and sound artist. Radio Chiffchaff is the branch from which I sing – or, at least, from where I share my stories.

The chiffchaff [chĭf′chăf] is a greenish-brown bird, named after the repetitive sound of its song. I honestly can’t think of anything more beautiful. When I established my own audio lab in 2026, I decided to name it after this little winged creature.

On Radio Chiffchaff, I express myself through sound. I am a writer, journalist, and sound artist based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Over the years, I have written several books and worked as a radio host.

I’ve been chirping in public for quite a while. But this channel is different. Here, I share audio narratives that were all created from an urge. For no other reason than the fact that these stories were calling from somewhere deep in my inner forest; chiffchaff, chiffchaff.
